In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows.

• Destruction Procedure: Information inquired by customers is not stored in a separate DB after the purpose is achieved (inquiry processing completed). However, for smooth business processing and preparation for legal disputes, it may be stored in the manager's email for 3 years for the purpose of 'consumer complaint and dispute resolution', and will be destroyed without delay after the period elapses.
• Destruction Method: Personal information stored in the form of electronic files (email, etc.) is destroyed using a method that cannot be restored (permanent deletion of mailbox, etc.).

The Company does not provide or consign the user's personal information to the outside in principle. Collected information is accessed only by the department in charge of responding to inquiries.
